Growing up as a super tall tomboy made me aware of fashion early on. I was pretty well liked in grade school because I was good at sports and had a super energetic spirit. Soon enough I realized all my guy friends starting liking the cute little girly girls by junior high. I knew I had to dress accordingly if I was going to get Dougie Carter to like me as more than first pick on the football team. So I started trying my own looks. I still remember my mom wanting me to dress like she does. " uniforms" I never quite got the concept of wearing the same thing you bought exactly how you bought it. I wanted to create new looks out of all my clothes. It became a hobby of mine and it still to this day gives me so much joy.
When pinterest came out in 2010. I was elated. I love watching what people have created. I have never been an ego driven or jealous person. (Thank GOD) I am thrilled for people when they have done well and love to share in their great creative masterpieces. whether its a great outfit, good recipe, fun centerpiece, fabulous decor, or somewhere traveled. It is a on going journal of wants, desires, and memories.
I have been inspired for many years now and I wanted to blog some bits and pieces of others and my own creations.
Hope you enjoy.
